Dipl.-Betriebswirtin (FH) Diana Pfeifer Tax Consultant according to German law Business management studies with main emphasis tax law at the Business School of Pforzheim University. Fifteen years of employment at a tax consultancy office in Sinsheim and Heidelberg with a mainly medium-sized clientele. Since 1st January 2009 Diana Pfeifer is executive employee with shp scheffner & hoffmann partnership.. Her main field of activity is the tax consultancy of medium-sized companies and their shareholders/partners. Besides general tax advice, this comprises both the preparation of commercial and tax or balance sheets for corporations and partnerships and the preparation of the respective tax returns including inheritance tax (Erbschaftsteuer) and capital transfer tax (Schenkungsteuer) statements. |
